SMS Terms of Service

1. Program Description

MGX Garage OS ("we," "us," or "our") operates an SMS notification program to keep customers informed about their vehicle service. By opting in, you agree to receive automated text messages from us at the mobile number you provide.

Messages may include:

• Appointment booking confirmations and scheduling reminders
• Technician dispatch notifications (on the way, arrived)
• Estimate ready alerts with pricing information
• Service-in-progress and completion updates
• Payment confirmations and invoice receipts
• Deposit requests and payment link delivery

2. How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from MGX Garage OS by completing the consent form at mgxgarage.com/sms-consent, or by providing your mobile phone number to our staff and verbally agreeing to receive SMS notifications when scheduling service.

3. How to Opt Out

You may cancel your SMS subscription at any time. Reply STOP to any message we send you. After sending STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

5. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your service activity. You may receive multiple messages per service visit (e.g., booking confirmation, technician dispatch, completion notice, payment confirmation). We do not send promotional or marketing messages unless you have separately opted in to a marketing program.

6. Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your plan's messaging rates. MGX Garage OS does not charge for SMS messages.

7. Supported Carriers

This program is available on most major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and others. Carrier support may vary.

8. Privacy
